We are committed to providing clear policies for our educational offerings. Below are the refund and cancellation terms for our on-site and online courses.
On-Site Classes(Physical Attendance Required)
Attendance Requirements:
· Physical attendance at our facility is required to earn a Certificate of Completion.
· Virtual or remote attendance is not permitted for these on-site classes.
· No partial CE hours will be awarded; you must attend the entire class to qualify.
Cancellations by Attendee:
7 Days or Less Before Class Start Date:
· No refunds or credits will be issued.
7 Days or More Before Class Start Date:
· A full refund will be issued, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Exceptions for illness, bereavement, or emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another individual for the same class, date, and time.
Cancellations by Host:
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, attendees may:
· Transfer their registration to another class.
· Request a full refund.
Online Courses
· Requests for refund(s) must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
· Course materials must not have been downloaded. Once downloaded, the course is considered accessed, and refunds are not available.
Non-Refundable Items:
· Courses purchased in discounted bundles or promotions.
· Courses for which certificates of completion have been issued.
