A copy of a valid certification in CPR and First Aid may be applied towards program hour requirements. This is an approximate fee that is paid directly to CPR instructor, not to the school.
Laptops or electronic devices for testing are required. In extenuating circumstances, speak with the Office Manager to inquire if accommodations are available.

Many banks, religious organizations, and various donors, i.e., high schools, local charities, local businesses, employers, etc. may provide personal financial assistance or may offer tuition reimbursement programs to students.

Students are eligible to sit for the MBLEX exam after completion of a minimum of 500 hours for the State of South Dakota. SDSMT assists students through this registration and testing process.
Student files are kept in a secure manner. Access to student transcripts can only be given to institutions, individuals, or employers with prior written authorization from the student. Upon graduation, each student will receive one copy of their transcript at no additional cost. Additional transcripts may be obtained for a $25.00 fee. In accordance with the law, the graduate must request a transcript in writing.
